Shipping Information
Processing Time and Schedule
- Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours from Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed on Friday will generally be shipped the following Monday.
- The cutoff time for same-day order processing is 5:45 PM EST.
- Shipping Methods: While UPS is our preferred shipping provider, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers at our discretion.
- Overnight Shipping: We use UPS for all overnight orders. To ensure next-day delivery, overnight orders must be received by 5 PM EST, Monday through Thursday. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the next business day. Please note that we do not guarantee overnight deliveries.
- Refrigerated Products: All refrigerated products are shipped overnight. Refrigerated orders placed on Friday will ship the following business day.
- Delivery Address: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes for domestic orders. Please provide a physical street address as listed on the State license.
- Shipping Exceptions: Drugzone Pharmaceuticals Inc. reserves the right to modify shipping methods or policies, including adjustments for bulk, heavy, or long-distance orders.
- Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders exceeding $200.
Return Policy
- Inspection: Please inspect your package within 48 hours of receipt for any damage or leakage.
- Carrier Issues: Returns due to carrier-related issues must be documented (photos, freight bills, emails, etc.) and communicated to Drugzone Pharmaceuticals Inc. for carrier claims and return credit processing.
- Return Investigation: Our team will conduct a thorough investigation and validation of all customer claims before providing return shipping labels or issuing credit. Return shipping labels will be valid for 5 days from the date of issue.
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): An RMA must be submitted within 7 days of the invoice date to qualify for a return.
- Restocking Fees: No restocking fee will be applied if the RMA is approved and the product is returned within 7 days.
- Credits: Credits will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned product(s) and will be provided in the form of a credit memo.
- Non-Returnable Products: No credit will be issued for the following:
- Short-dated, closeout, or non-returnable products.
- Opened, partial bottles, repackaged, or products not in their original container.
- Products that are damaged, expired, or in violation of any Federal or State Law.
- Products returned more than 30 days after the RMA approval.
